2006 International Property Maintenance Code®

The 2006 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC®) addresses the need in communities for a modern, up-to-date property maintenance code which governs the maintenance of existing buildings.

 Included are clear and specific property maintenance requirements that regulate interior and exterior building facilities. Provisions of this code apply to existing residential and nonresidential structures and their premises. 

Provides requirements for continued use and maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection systems.
