 OSHA
Electrical Regulations Simplified, 2004 Edition - $82.95
|
Revised for 2004, this illustrated manual explains complex requirements
- making them more comprehensible and easier to enforce. OSHA
Electrical
Regulations Simplified addresses today's most important electrical
safety
requirements for employee workplaces, including the 2002 NEC, NFPA 70E,
National Electrical Safety Code, OSHA 1910 and 1926, and The Final Rule.
OSHA
Electrical Regulations Simplified is divided into 3 parts: Installation - Safety
Requirements;
Safety Related Work Practices, and Safety Related Maintenance
Requirements.
Each part provides information and location of specific OSHA electrical
regulations and depending on your familiarity with these regulations,
you
may find that you will use some parts of this book heavily and others
not
at all.
Many designers, installers, and inspectors have trouble understanding,
interpreting, and applying the electrical requirements listed in the
above
standards and codes. These requirements have been assembled and
correlated
in such a manner as to be easily understood. To help expedite the
time involved in finding the rules and applying the requirements for
general
industry, sections in each standard have been listed for fast reference.
This book has been developed to make OSHA rules easy to understand and
enforce. The rules are taken out of NFPA 70E, Electrical Safety
for
Employee Workplaces, and correlated with OSHA 29 CFR 1910, Subpart S;
OSHA
29 CFR 1926, Subpart K & V; ANSI C2, National Electrical Safety
Code
(NESC); and NFPA 70, National Electrical Code (NEC). Also
included
are the rules listed in OSHA 20 CFR, Part II, The Final Rule.
