The "Rapid-Reference
System"
-
Locate the part number in the
Part Number Index. Listings are in numeric-alpha sequence; those beginning
with a numeral appear first in the Part Number Index, followed by those
beginning with a letter. Each part number is listed with a brand name and
an Interchange group number reference. Brand names include both producers
and OEMs.
|
-
In the Group Number Listings,
simply find the group identified in step one. Dimensions, descriptions
and diagrams are included to help you identify the correct equivalent parts.
-
The groups have been arranged by progressive size sequence. The higher
the group number, the larger the dimensions. If you do not know the part
number, you can still locate alternate parts in the Group Number Listings
by locating the group with the correct dimensions. Check the group's description
and diagram to make sure it contains the correct type of parts.
-
Use the information in each group to locate an alternative part. All known
interchanges from producers and OEMs are shown.
