test is for use in selecting mechanical
maintenance trainees with one year of training or experience in the following

This test contains 60 items in a multiple-choice format. In a group of
1,079 candidates, reliability was 0.87 with a mean score of 28.65, standard
deviation of 9.65, and a standard error of measurement of 3.48.
The optional manual includes specific recommendations on how to administer
the test, a history of the test, information on reliability and norms for
the test, as well as a historical percentile chart. Some manuals also include
individual test item analysis.
